Russia expects wheat harvest at 76 mln tns in 2021

MOSCOW, Dec 14 (PRIME) -- Russia's grain harvest will exceed 123 million tonnes in 2021 in net weight, including 76 million tonnes of wheat, Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev said on Tuesday.

"The harvest on the key positions exceeds the figures planned in the state program. The grain amount in net weight will exceed 123 million tonnes, about 76 million tonnes of the amount represented by wheat,” the minister said.

“I will emphasize that this fully meet domestic demand and export capacity of our country."
